Best Movie Vehicle Chase Scenes

After watching Ben Affleck's latest film, "The Town" last weekend, I started thinking about my favorite vehicle chase scenes in movies. Vehicle chases and similar action sequences often succeed in ratcheting up the tension and building urgency. Some chase scenes are brilliant, but many just end up being average.
